SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free shipping for orders over €75. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee.

We ship your order within 24 hours with DPD (except coffee subscriptions).Shipping to Germany is also via DPD. As soon as your package leaves our premises, you will receive an email with a tracking link that you can use to track your shipment at any time.

In Austria and Germany, the usual delivery time is 1–3 business days after your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. All our products are available unless otherwise stated on the respective product page. In the event of unexpected delivery delays, we will notify you immediately and process your order as quickly as possible.

PICK UP IN STORE

You can place your order online and conveniently pick it up at the TEWOO – Coffee Experience World in Neusiedl am See. To do so, select the "Pick Up In Store" shipping method at checkout. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup is, of course, free of charge.
